This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Panelka Jump (the "Application"), developed and published by Balkan Games Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Application, how that information is used, and which third-party services are involved.

1. Accounts and Player Data

Panelka Jump can be played without creating a registered player account. Account registration and sign-in are optional and are provided through GDevelop Services.

If you choose to create or use a player account, GDevelop Services may process information required to authenticate you and maintain your player session.

• Authentication: Player authentication and account sessions are handled through GDevelop Services.
• Leaderboards: Online leaderboard functionality is provided through GDevelop Services. A player's chosen nickname and submitted score may be displayed on the game's leaderboard.
• Cloud Save: For registered players, certain game data may be stored in Google Firebase Firestore so that progress can be restored or synchronized.
• Locally Stored Data: Some game settings and progress may also be stored locally on the player's device.

Cloud-saved information may include gameplay-related data such as high scores, collected in-game currency, unlocked cosmetic items, selected characters or cosmetics, achievements, statistics, settings, and similar game progress information.

2. Advertising

Panelka Jump uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.

AdMob and related Google services may process technical information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, ad interaction information, and similar data needed to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

Depending on your region, device settings, age-related requirements, and consent choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. In-App Purchases

Panelka Jump may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing.

Balkan Games Studio does not directly receive or store your payment card number or other complete payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by the relevant application store.

The Application may receive information necessary to determine whether a purchase has been completed and which in-game entitlement should be granted.

4. Third-Party Services

Panelka Jump uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy policies.

5. Device Permissions

Panelka Jump does not intentionally request sensitive runtime permissions such as access to your camera, microphone, precise location, or contacts for normal gameplay.

6. Children's Privacy

Panelka Jump is intended for a general audience. We do not intentionally ask players to provide unnecessary personal information.

Some third-party services used by the Application may process limited technical information necessary to provide the game, advertisements, authentication, purchases, or online functionality.

Where required, age-related restrictions, consent requirements, and applicable platform policies are followed when providing advertising and online services.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We may retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce applicable agreements.

Information processed independently by third-party providers may also be subject to those providers' own retention policies.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with Panelka Jump and use established third-party platforms for authentication, cloud storage, advertising, and payment processing.

However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. International Processing

Third-party service providers used by Panelka Jump may process information on servers located in different countries. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, its functionality, third-party services, or applicable requirements change.
